This weeks episode I talk about my clients that tell me they have tried pills, various diets, and many strenuous exercise programs. I just wanted to talk about what sets these two completely different methods, coaching & all the other stuff, of weight loss apart. First off, pills, diets, and exercise programs don’t treat the cause of why we are over weight in the first place. If we are stressed, we need to figure out WHY we are stressed. What is causing the stress. We need to figure out the cause of the problem instead of what do we need to do to treat the symptom of being over weight.
